Declaration '06 was the 2006 youth conference for 220power, the youth ministry of Bethany World Prayer Center. At this year's conference, revolution was declared to the nation as 6,000 young people came together from around the country and the world. The conference was three days of equipping and encouraging youth pastors and young people alike at Bethany’s North Campus in Baker, Louisiana.
